Pay-What-You-Want (PWYW) Coaching Sessions

60 minutes| via Google MeetCoaching can feel out of reach when money is tight. That’s why we offer Pay-What-You-Want sessions, giving you the chance to access support without the barrier of fixed fees.Here’s how it works:

  • You book a one-to-one coaching session at a time that suits you.

  • To confirm your spot, you choose the amount you want to pay from a range of options.

  • Once payment is made, your booking is secured and your session is ready to go.

  • Each client can book up to two Pay-What-You-Want sessions. After that, we’ll discuss a plan for ongoing coaching that fits your needs.

This approach keeps coaching accessible, while recognising that everyone’s circumstances are different. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, or simply feel stuck, these sessions give you the space to gain clarity and tools you can use right away.


Deep-Dive Coaching Session

  • Optional 15-minute accountability check-in two weeks later.

About Me

I’m Carl O’Reilly, and Lightbulb Mindset comes directly from my own experience of living with anxiety and depression — and finding a way through it.From my early teens, I struggled with persistent anxiety and low mood. At 19, I was diagnosed with clinical depression, and at 20 with social phobia. For many years, life felt like something to endure rather than participate in — outwardly functioning, inwardly stuck in cycles of fear, tension, and overthinking.My turning point came in my late twenties, through a deep exploration of positive psychology, mindset, and how the nervous system shapes our thoughts, emotions, and behaviour. What changed wasn’t just how I thought — it was how my system learned to feel safe again. That shift altered everything.Since then, I’ve spent years studying the mind and human behaviour, with a particular focus on anxiety, depression, wellbeing, and emotional regulation. I’ve written and published Defeating Depression, am currently working on my second book, and have been invited to speak in schools, public forums, radio, and television.I also founded London Social Anxiety, a community that grew to over 1,000 members — a space built on understanding, honesty, and forward movement rather than labels or limitation.My work today is grounded, practical, and human. I don’t offer fixes or formulas. I work with people to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, shift the patterns that keep them stuck, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and momentum — in ways that show up in real life.Lightbulb Mindset isn’t separate from me.
